The deal, in plain language.
These terms govern your use of the aifleet.space agent fleet ("aifleet", "the fleet", "we", "us") to spec, design, build, test and deploy software ("your project"). By using the service — including connecting a wallet and paying — you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1 You own your idea and your code
Your idea is yours. The specification, designs, and source code the fleet produces for your project are yours — you own the intellectual property in the deliverables, to keep, modify, sell, or open-source as you wish. We claim no ownership over your project and take no licence in it beyond what is technically required to build and (if you ask) host it for you.
2 No exclusivity, no claim of originality
You own your idea and your deliverables — but ideas are not exclusive. We build for many people. The fleet is not responsible if someone else has, or later has, the same or a similar idea, product, name, or implementation. We make no representation that your idea is novel, unique, non-infringing, or protectable, and we do not conduct patent, trademark, or prior-art searches. Checking that your project doesn't infringe anyone else's rights is your responsibility.
3 We don't share your data between users
Your project — your prompts, spec, designs, code and data — is isolated to you. We do not share it with, or expose it to, other users of the fleet, and we do not sell your data. We process it only to deliver your project and operate the service (for example, running your build and tests in an isolated sandbox).
4 No guarantee that the code is correct
The fleet is an automated, AI-driven service. It is powerful, but it is not infallible. We do not guarantee that the code, designs, or other output are correct, complete, secure, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing the deliverables before relying on them, and especially before using them in production or with real users, real money, or real personal data.
5 Third-party services are mocked
Where your project needs an external service (payments, email/SMS, sign-in, or any third-party API), the fleet delivers a realistic mock so the app runs end-to-end without real credentials. Wiring real providers is a separate, finishing step. You are responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for those services and for complying with their terms.
6 Security audits are best-effort
Optional security reviews by the fleet's audit agents are a best-effort assessment, not a guarantee. A clean report does not mean the software is secure, and we are not liable for any vulnerability, exploit, or breach — whether or not an audit was performed. The fleet is currently in training for smart-contract work and does not author or deploy smart contracts on your behalf.
7 Payments
- Work is priced in small, metered chunks and paid in CCD (Concordium) from your own wallet. You'll always see the price before you approve a payment.
- The USD figures shown are indicative and convert to CCD at a live rate at the time of payment.
- Because the fleet spends real compute the moment you approve, payments for work already performed are non-refundable. Bug fixes against the agreed specification are free.
- On-chain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and sending to the correct address.
8 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the fleet to build or do anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing — including malware, fraud, harassment, or anything that violates others' rights or applicable law. You must have the right to submit whatever you give the fleet. We may decline, pause, or stop a project that breaches these terms, and may refuse service at our discretion.
9 Hosting
If you choose managed hosting, it's provided on a prepaid, best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee; if it lapses it may be suspended until renewed. You can always download your code and host it yourself.
10 Availability
The service is evolving and offered without any service-level guarantee. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We are not liable for downtime or for work that cannot be completed for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aifleet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the fleet or the deliverables. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12 Changes & contact
